My background includes technical consulting in adtech and other open-source ecosystems, and I hold a Master's in Information Systems Management from the University of Salford. I apply systems thinking to marketing problems — feedback loops, leverage points, second-order effects — and build growth engines that behave more like software: instrumented, testable, reproducible.
